Things to do while you're on press

In Stuttgart, the capital of Baden-Württemberg, you can do a lot of different things while your products are being printed. It is known as a production centre where Mercedes-Benz and Porsche have their headquarters and museums. Parks such as the Killesbergpark, the Schlossgarten or the Rosensteinpark make the city green inside. Wilhelma is one of the largest zoos and botanical gardens in Europe and is located northeast of Rosenstein Palace.

It is called the Mecca for car and motorcycle enthusiasts and is In the listed halls of the former Württemberg state airport.  Mixed with integrated new buildings, and extensive outdoor grounds there are 50,000 square metres of space for motoring passion 


Porsche Museum

Distance: 25 km

stands on a junction just outside Porsche Headquarters in Zuffenhausen, 5600 square metres featuring over 80 exhibit


Old Castle Stuttgart

Distance: 27 km

it is located in the centre of Stuttgart and was built to guard the Stutengarten of the stud around 950 when Stuttgart was a settlement for breeding horses. It is next to the Old Castle



New Castle Stuttgart

Distance: 27 km

The castle was almost completely destroyed by Allied bombing during the Second World War and was reconstructed between 1958 and 1964. It is next to the Old Castle


Ludwigsburg Residential Palace

Distance: 31 km

One of the largest baroque palaces in germany, with several pleasure palaces, a charming residential town and the gardens of the baroque in bloom. One of the most beautiful places in the area


TV Tower

Distance: 33 km

- the TV Tower (Fernsehturm) was the first concrete television tower in the world


Mercedes-Benz Museum

Distance: 35 km

It covers the history of the Mercedes-Benz brand and the "double helix" interior is a special feature 



Sepulchral Chapel on Württemberg Hill

- it was built by King Wilhelm I between 1820-24 for his beloved wife and Queen of Württemberg, Catherine Pavlovna

Hohenzollern Castle

- between Lake Constance, the Black Forest and Stuttgart and sits atop a 855 m high Mount Hohenzollern

- the Black Forest gets its name from its canopy of evergreens, you can go hiking, cycling or go to the Glacial Lake Titisee

- Heidelberg is on the Neckar River and is mostly known for the venerable Heidelberg University. You can visit Heidelberg Palace, the Curch of the Holy Spirit or Schwetzingen Castle


Lake Constance

- it borders Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is one of the largest lakes in Europe. It is a summer destination for sailing, windsurfing and swimming



Neuschwanstein Castle

- the cliffside castle was built in 1868, is one of the most visited castles in the world and was the inspiration for the Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle


And you can also visit the Bavarian capital Munich! It is only 2 or 3 hours away from Stuttgart and has many other beautiful places.
