Standard Shipping
All our standard shipping costs and times can be found here. Available items are charged and shipped immediately. Delivery usually takes place within 2 – 4 business days. Please note that these delivery times are guidelines provided by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. Backorders are billed and shipped as soon as they become available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted and VAT identification numbers cannot be added to orders.
Payment
All listed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Please note that national import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU. We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and PayPal.
Changes to Your Order
Please note that we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been submitted. If you need to update the delivery address or change the items you ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and reorder. If the package has already been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, you must contact the local delivery company once the package has arrived in the destination country.
